Description: Heres fun little cartoon penguin tattoo I did the other day. This young lady is traveling around getting full leg sleeve of penguins from artist from all over. Next month she's heading to California to get a penguin portrait from Mike Devries. I cant wait to see how this project looks in a year or two from now.
